Black Ops Cold War has it's fair share of maps, but old-school Black Ops fans may recollect 'Hijacked', a classic and indisputably well designed map. Now, a new rumor has hinted that the fan favourite could make a triumphant return for Season 4 of Black Ops Cold War.
Although Black Ops Cold War Season 3 Reloaded patch notes have just dropped for the popular COD installment, players are already looking to the future. Now, a new rumor is circulating that suggests a classic Black Ops 2 map may appear next season.
There have already been some crazy new additions to Black Ops Cold War in the most recent update. For example, this extremely powerful score streak is keeping players busy, alongside a number of exciting new game modes. However, despite the recent update players are already hoping to see more variety in the games' maps.
Recently a new Black Ops Cold War Zombies map was confirmed for Season 4. However, multiplayer fans may also have a number of surprises to look forward to as well.
Interestingly enough, one highly requested map may be returning next season, Cold War players might be able to revisit 'Hijacked' from Black Ops 2, and relatively soon too.
Black Ops Cold War 'Hijacked' Map Rumor
According to one source over on Twitter, 'Hijacked', a classic Black Ops 2 map could be remade for Cold War in Season 4.
Interestingly, TheMW2Ghost, a credible source when it comes to all things Call of Duty may have revealed Treyarch's plans for Black Ops Cold War. Players who experienced Black Ops 2 back in the day may recall the close quarters action onboard the luxurious super yacht.

The rumor comes from Twitter, TheMW2Ghost had the following to say with regards to 'Hijacked', an extremely popular fan favourite map that many are eager to see return:
I'm about 90% sure Hijacked is coming to Cold War next season.

As you can see TheMW2Ghost appears to be confident that Hijacked will be arriving at some point. However, It is worth noting that this is only a rumor and thus should be taken with a pinch of salt, as with any rumor.
Although, the source has been correct about a number of other Call of Duty leaks in the past. Only time can tell whether 'Hijacked' is indeed going to making an appearance in Black Ops Cold War.
Although very recently Call of Duty has received 80s action hero operators and a new event, fans are eagerly awaiting new maps. Unfortunately, players are very angry with the amount of playable maps for 6 vs 6 game modes in the latest COD installment.
